Safety Glass
Wetrade supplies a complete range of safety glass solutions designed to ensure protection and compliance across various applications:
• Tempered (Toughened) Glass – heat-treated for enhanced strength and thermal resilience. In case of breakage, it shatters into small, blunt fragments, minimizing the risk of injury.
• Laminated Safety Glass – constructed with a durable interlayer ( PVB/SGP/EVA) between glass panes, offering high impact resistance, sound insulation, and continued structural integrity even when cracked.
• Heat-Soak Tested Glass – specifically designed to mitigate spontaneous breakage caused by nickel sulfide inclusions, ensuring safer application in critical architectural designs.
• Wired glass - a type of safety glass reinforced with a metal wire mesh embedded within the glass. The wire holds the glass fragments together if broken and provides enhanced fire resistance, making it ideal for use in fire-rated doors, windows, and partitions.
Mirrors
Wetrade supplies high-quality mirrors for architectural, decorative, and furniture applications:
• Clear Silver Mirror – made from clear float glass with a silver reflective coating, offering high reflectivity and a true, crisp reflection.
• Clear Aluminium Mirror – a cost-effective alternative with a durable aluminium coating, suitable for utility and interior design uses.
Both mirror types are available in various thicknesses and can be cut, beveled, or safety-backed upon request. Ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Insulating Glass
Wetrade offers Insulating Glass Units (IGUs) designed for energy efficiency, sound insulation, and thermal comfort in modern buildings.
Our IGUs consist of two or more glass panes—often combined with Low-E, tinted, or laminated glass—sealed with spacer bars and filled with inert gas (e.g., Argon) for enhanced insulation.
We provide custom configurations to meet thermal, acoustic, and safety standards, suitable for residential, commercial, and facade applications. Units can be tailored in size, thickness, and performance specs upon request.
Solar Glass
Low-Iron Patterned Solar AR Tempered Glass delivers high light transmittance, reduced reflection, and strong durability—ideal for photovoltaic panels. The patterned surface and AR coating maximize energy efficiency, while tempering ensures long-term performance.
